I am also in college and I understand the stress of classes. Personally, I feel better if I have a checklist, if I do something. It helps me to not feel so depressed. I have also seen a counselor at my university and that was helpful. Would you consider seeking professional help? I hope all goes well.
yes do did help me alot but something seems to be bothering me and not leaving me alone that all i eanna do is cry! and yes i think there r counselors...
I think you know that you should talk to a doctor about how you feel. Sounds like you are stressed, or perhaps depressed.
Your parents do not seem to be very supportive. Did you tell them everything? Is there a counsellor at your college who you can talk to?
