Depression and medication

I am a 46yo female with fibromyalgia. I was put on medication for depression because of constant pain. I stopped taking it because, and all my other medications because I was taking so many that I  felt like I was overloading my system.

However, I am now going through some major problems at work and my depression is very bad. I have been thinking about starting it again, but part of me is having a very difficult time because just the idea of taking medication again makes me feel sick to my stomach. I feel like at any minute I am going to be gone mentally; that there will only be a shell left of who I am. I have had thoughts of how I could end my life, but I really don't want to do that. I am so confused. I can't even seem to concentrate to write this.

I was taking Celexa. Is this sound like the correct medication for this type of depression?

I was taking that same medication, but it gave me way worse depression issues than I was normally having!  Way more! I switched to lexapro, but I need to switch again, because this one is making me drop the weight, and I only weigh around 95lbs.  Someone told me zoloft would help me to gain, so maybe I\ll try that.

But, you need to talk to your doctors and tell them that something HAS to change, and likely it should be your meds!  It sounds like the same problem I was having, so hang in there and just talk, talk, talk to them, until your blue in the face! ~..~

I also feel very, very angry. I feel like I just want to throw things, but then again I don't want to. My brain just doesn't stop thinking about all this junk. It is affecting my relationship with my husband and children and I don't even want to be around other people. PLEASE, I will take any suggestions about what to do.

I am seeing a psychologist, a neurologist and my family doctor.
