I am wondering if you are seeing a Medical Doctor or Therapist for your depression and anxiety. A healthy diet certainly can make your body
run smoother but if you do suffer from the dual diagnosis of depression/anxiety first you must get together a treatment plan that in many cases will include a well balanced diet.
You do ask about staying motivated and I have found that depression drowns motivation in most cases. As you recover from depression the lifting that occurs by dealing with the past and moving forward into a brighter future will happen but the time it happens will depend on you and your treatment plan.

Thank you. I will see a therapist soon. Hopefully, this will help me, because I am going through one of the most difficult times of my life. I am also taking some medication for anxiety and depression. Hopefully, this kicks in soon. The only problem I have is dealing with people and my emotions. Hopefully, I can find out a way to deal with this soon.
