Does anyone else get

Weird scary thoughts? or am i the only one?
or weird *** dreams?
I don't get it because I'm a really nice sweet person and when i get "weird" thoughts it's always when I'm depressed or have anxiety , I actually used to throw up every time I had them and get suicidal, or self harm. Obviously i thought i was a bad person.
But the more i read about it the more it makes sense that anxiety and depression can do this, and that is what makes you depressed or anxious? too weird...
I'm starting to figure out how the entire thing cycles.
First scary thoughts, panic attack, after shocks of anxiety, depression, depersonalization, then usually a bigger diagnosis. Does this seem correct, this is the way it went for me. I've heard "Thoughts are nothing more than high levels of anxiety looking for an outlet"

1. Why are some thoughts so bad? When you are in an anxious state, emotions seem to be tenfold, everything magnifies and a little problem becomes massive. Something that you could dismiss when you were healthy, can stick around all day.

Anxiety is really just adrenalin that needs an outlet and this includes manifesting itself into scary, irrational, strange thoughts, they are not important and should just be seen for what they are, anxiety just playing its tricks. Anxious thoughts are totally normal when suffering with anxiety. People ask me. 'Why do I have all these anxious, scary thoughts?, 'Because you have anxiety' is always my answer. It's a simple response to a simple question.

guess it's normal.

Yeah both , it's just really interesting to know the more people i talk to the more people have the same issue that leads to their anxiety and depression. Guess it happens to a lot of us.

Lots of people do have weird, scary thoughts at times; I know I do, especially when a big change is coming or something unexpected (and unwanted) occurs...do you see a therapist or are you on any meds?
