I DESPERATELY WANNA GET PREGNANT AND THEREFORE, NEED TO WEAN OFF ALL MY MEDS... I NEED HELP TO WEAN OFF...
I AM CURRENTLY TAKING DEPAKOTE 500MG, LEXAPRO 20MG/DAY, TRAZADONE 300MG @NIGHT, AMBIEN 10MG (WHICH I'VE STARTED SPLITTING IN 1/2). NEURONTIN 600MG 4X A DAY...
I ALSO TAKE ROBAXIN & BACLOFEN ALMOST EVERY DAY...

FENTANYL PATCH 12 MCG/DAY (WHICH I MAY NEED TO GO INPATIENT FOR. SO I'M MORE CONCERNED WITH THE PSYCH MEDS)

The only advice we can responsibly give you is to do this under the care of a doctor.  You're on a lot of meds, you simply do NOT want to try to do this yourself.

Hi, first off, its totally possible to get off these meds!  However, it may not be easy.  For me, the first two weeks seem to be the worst with whatever pill i am getting off of.  I would suggest detoxing from one med at a time...maybe start with the least addictive or one with the least amount of withdrawl symptoms and start from there.  Trying to get off everything at once may make you feel REALLY bad.  I detoxed from vicodin, xanax, & finally effexor.  All in that order, and not at the same time.  Honestly, the effexor was the hardest of all, which surprised me.  
Are you doing this with a doctor or on your own?
