I can not concentrate while communication or doing precision job.

Hello there,
I can not concentrate while communication or doing precision job.
I tend to press my eye, pinch my lips or pinch neck. This particularly happen in morning or my stomach is empty. This sensation makes me some time annoyed. Please help. Is it any type of syndrome?
regards,
Satish

There are things the brain needs to work well. One of them is nutrition. it's absolutely normal to not be able to concentrate when you're hungry. Breakfast is a word that to me describes what we do after a long night's sleep: We break the fast and give our body a chance to start again. It's easier to be relaxed and let go of muscle tensions if you eat right amounts too. I won't say syndrome immediately - not of what you describe. I'm sure it's an annoying sensation but my guess is that it is possible to do some few steps:

1. Find out at what amount of sleep you function best (7-8 or 9 hours of sleep)?
2. Drink water along the day every now and then (little but often perhaps)
3. Eat regular meals

That's a tough one to diagnose. It could be related to OCD or many other conditions. Lack of concentration is a huge factor for those with major depression, but there are also many other symptoms of Major depression or anxiety dissorder that you did not express.

If these habbits are very distracting then I would get it looked into by a doctor.
