I need mental help. What should I do?

I have no money. People are mean to me. Now that I have fallen under a great depression of feelings of savere sadness.... My true friends have shown there colors. I had ex friends say "You are an idiot and I am going to wash my hands clean of you a childish little sad quivering human shell who should not exist" I don't know why, but many people speak to me with disrespect and I don't know why I am treated so badly.

My own cousins deleted me from facebook and said they don't want to be friends with me because I am too depressing.

I feel like when I need people to lean on the most they throw me in the trash.

A few true friends stayed, but the majority of friends dumped me!!! And most of them were relatives!!!!!

I have been through a lot. I can't even explain what I have been through.

I have been called whiney and told just to shut up, but the meaness of these people just makes me even more depressed.

I want to enter a mental hospital like most tell me I need to but I dont have the money.

When I walk my body is in pain and I don't enjoy life.

How can I get my life back step by step?

Why do so many people start to tell me they don't want anything to do with me when I am depressed and I need help?

I feel issolated and lonely. Worthless and sick.

You can get back to normal, without money, step by step, with this pranayam. Do it twice a day, everyday and come back to report your progress.I will post more techniques to help you, after I monitor your progress.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

hi
u didn t say if these things started suddenly or it has always been like this.I mean if there s an underlying reason for your depression like your job, family, education or whatever, the most important thing to do is resolve the problem, however hard.of course going through the problem alone may not suffice,u need someone or a group to work with, sth which is called social support.s my advice for u is to reallize the reason behind your situation.
waiting to hear from u!

Hello,The reason maybe these people treat you like that is one they aren't happy with themselves.I would like to share this with you if people feel they can get away with treating you badly it's because you allow them to . Do not allow it you do not need them first thing is look in the mirror and just look at your self you know who you are love your self and if certain people do not like who you are so what then you do not like them, remember you have to worry and take care of you, you are a gift and If you feel where need medical help just go to emergency room and tell them you are very depressed, I know all about it I just picked my mom up she was in the therapy hospital for a month she just got out last night also there was a 30 yr old girl she was in there for 5months because she is so depressed also she has no INSurance and no money, so if you also would love to talk I'll be here for you.hey isn't this great how we can talk and try and help each other I just met a new friend hang in there remember Do not allow them to treat you that way you are a gift of life. Hope to here from you Dina from jersey.

I think most health insurance plans cover mental health.  You should check into that.  I kind of know how you feel, I was picked on everyday all during school and didn't have any friends.  I was very lonely.  My brother and sister were trouble so they got all the attention.  I felt like I didn't have anyone to talk to.  I was pretty much invisable.  My mom has no idea how bad my life *****.  Now I have a counselor whom I see weekly so I have someone to talk to about my issues.  It usually helps.  Everyone needs someone.  Wanting to get your life back is s good sign, you haven't given up.  It will take work, it isn't easy.
