I need someone to talk to

My mom recently quit her job and today is her first day without it. I understand she is under a lot of pressure. I think my parents are getting a divorce. My mom and dad were fighting really badly yesterday and I was the only one home with them. Today my mom started yelling at my sisters and I and she said she was going to go live with her parents and she didn't want us anymore. I don't know what to do. My parents are fighting again, I  just want it to stop.

sounds like you have some big problems. i cant imagine if my family broke up.  have they tried counseling.  maybe they will be able to talk about things with out yelling.  the doctor will make them go 2 at a time and the other one has to listen to their sidee.  then the other one can talk.  it is worth a try.  it is not good to argue in front of children.  this will upset them and it will be really confusing.  try to bring it up when they are not yelling and see what they say,  mandy876

Hi, I recently separated from my wife and I have custody of the two children.
Arguing in front of you is certainly not the right thing to do.

Remember sometimes people say things in anger they do not mean. Yes that was a terrible thing for your mom to say to you.

Are you closer to your mom or dad? Whoever you are closer with, try to talk to them about the arguing and how it makes you feel. Pick the right time when things are calm. Divorce is hard on everyone,  I tried to keep my kids from hearing our fighting, and now that my wife has left our house is much more peaceful and the kids are happier with her gone.

I'm an adult who just went through this, I would be happy to talk to your anytime
