In aviation and depression coming back...

I am hoping to become a pilot when I am finished with school, but recently my depression has come back..there are days where I can push myself and make plans with friends, but other days I don’t even want to talk with my family.
I was in medication before and it helped a lot, but the problem is I can’t do anything that will document my depression, otherwise I will have my student pilot license revoked. Not only that, but I have courses to deal with as well, and since they are all heavily study based courses, I’m worried I will fall behind.
There is just so much to finish with work, going to two schools, and being a part of three mandatory clubs and I can’t take a proper break...are there any suggestions as to what I can do without potentially ruining my careers?
Thank you for your time

I don't know what pilots have to tell employers -- more than most, I know -- but is therapy still confidential, as it's supposed to be?  Are you sure that mediation for depression ruins your career?  I can see how chronic anxiety might be a problem, but depression?  You should find out about this for certain. There are, of course, many options that don't involve medication if your depression isn't severe -- there are many natural remedies that have shown to work for it and many lifestyle changes that also can help.  Mental problems aren't always mental -- they are often caused by something physiological that isn't even considered a serious problem on the surface, such as a die-off of beneficial organisms due to antibiotic use, or thyroid problems, or blood sugar problems, or a lack of proper nutrition, or a lack of proper sleep, or a lack of proper exercise.  The only thing I can offer, not knowing how deeply employers get into this, is, if you're badly depressed and life isn't going well, that would seem to be a lot more important than any particular career.
