Jealousy, can I get over it or will I always just be depressed.

I am extremely jealous. I have a loving hubby but whenever he talks to another girl I get so jealous and feel no matter who I am with I will always have this problem. Its not a trust thing at all. I just feel like a burden to everyone. Especially him cuz hes not doing anything wrong. Is there anyway to not be so jealous. Ive tried to jsut think positive and remember that he loves me and me only but its not helping.

Hello, I don't know if you still go on here, I was just wondering if your jealousy has gone? Xx

Thats what I thought, I just cant seem to be confident in myself. Im about 30 lbs over weight now but even when I was 20 lbs underweight not long ago, I still fell like everyone else was better than me.

Jealousy has nothing to do with what someone else does or does not do. Jealousy comes from insecurity within ones self. You fear he will end up in bed with whoever he talks to or that he may be more impressed with someone other than you.  You put everyone above you in the sense that you feel like you are not good enough.  Yes, until you deal with why you feel the way you do, it will continue regardless of who you are with.
