Lexapro & Abilify

I was hoping I would feel alot better while taking Lexapro & Abilify. It has been 2 months. I don't feel terrible I just don't have any confidence. I suppose it takes alot more time? I'm trying meditation. Any other suggestions?

Not really I was hoping to get more feedback from the forum. Atleast I know I am not the only one with these side effects. I have walked and listened to music, which helps some. When I know I have to leave the house to go shopping for groceries, the anxiety hits me. I get very restless. Dr told me to take 2 clonazepam once a day. I take just one in the afternoon. I just want to feel comfortable. What are you taking and what side effects do you have?

Talk therapy or CBT might be a good idea to get your confidence back. Talk therapy and CBT will teach you about how to deal with all the symptoms including low self esteem and lack of confidence in yourself and life and will give you good ways of coping. Confidence is a hard thing, but i find doing things i am good at and love builds my confidence and makes me feel better about myself.

Just a thought to maybe think about or look into. :)
Hope you have a good rest of the day.
