List of Anxiety- JUST ANXIETY?

I have been Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for over 8 years, plus Hypothyroid, sleep apnea, depression, insomnia and more.  The list that I saw on this forum for anxiety is so huemunges that it looks like all the things that I do have.  Or I have most ot the symptoms.  What meds do I take for all that?  My doctors have never brought up being anxious, not even my psychiatrist.  I take meds to keep me alert, help me sleep, just don't like any of them.  Any comments for me out there.  Is there anyone like me in this forum?

Thank-you for your reply.  The breathing part made alot of sense to me.  I do yoga by a DVD and the breathing they teach is from deep within and let out slowly and fully.  I like the fact that you don't fight your sleeping time-you work with it not against it.  Very smart of you.  Thanks again. I guess our countries are different. To determine my anxiety-levels they went through a whole bunch of other options. I did already then have SAD diagnosed one year prior to it. They checked pressure-points for fibromyalgia, they ran thyroid-tests and oh I don't know. It took a week's stay at a clinic with a team of 5 different specialists. Maybe I was lucky? I think I was.
I had 10 out of 19 tender "fibro-points" and much else, but it all ended up being explained to me that the ONLY thing that was wrong with me was that I was breathing too high up in the chest. It was all included in a pain-program. Hadn't it been for the great medical-system we have here I'd have paid my shirt off - but I paid until insurance covered the rest. I haven't regretted one single day that I got myself admitted there. It gave me endlessly much to learn how to exercise. I jogged my backpain away and my shoulders and neck was much better after 2 weeks - and believe it or not: I do today (brag brag.... hehe) day: My knees are hurting but that's because I tore a muscle during exercise. All things gets worse with anxiety. Aches get worse, sleep goes off etc. What I'd do is to ask for mild anti-depressants who also work in ways as to linger anxiety (I'd definitely stay away from SSRI's). A good medication could help you fall asleep at night. The less pills, the better. You do have the hypothyroid to consider though. It is an important factor in this.
I've always slept poor. I remember when I was 4 years old, I told my mother: "I just can't sleep. What do I do?"
When I was 6, I asked my father who was napping at the couch: "How do you manage to fall asleep dad?"
Now when I'm 27, well! I chose night-work before any other kind of work and hope to make a living on that.
Call it selfish, but I don't sleep before 3-4 or 5 AM.
