Hi there,
Simply put, too many meds forn anyone to follow the interactions and issues they may all cause. Particularly when some of them are taken as needed, ie irregularly.
I'd stick every one of them in a bag and go see your specialist. A psychiatrist is also a GP although prefers not to practice as such but they would certainly be able to tell you which ones to stop and so on.
The range of issues you list are not all depression symptoms by any measure. Some are, some just don't relate at all.
Get to the doc's as soon as you can and get the edvice you need as we are out of our depth here, as would be most docs frankly.
I don't know whether some of those symptoms are caused by the medications or by what they are not treating. Think exactly when these various symptoms first occured. Then discuss it with your psychiatrist and see if they can reduce and/or change your medications so that you can tolerate them and they are more effective. There are still many options available.
