Not working?

Hi, my doctor put me on 50mg zoloft and I was on them for a couple of months and then I fell pregnant and decided to stop taking them when I was 8 weeks pregant I lost the baby. So I started taking them again but 100mg which the doctor told me to. Taking the tablets have made me worse to the point where I wont get out of bed unless I really need to and I dont like talking to anyone. I want to get off my tablets as they dont work. Has anyone else had the same thing with their tablets.
Thanx xxx

Have you been back to the doctor yet?  Seems the anti-depressants are not working.

Yes, they should of started to take effect within weeks! I agree! Glad your going to the doctor and discussing something different! Like maddie has said, some meds work for some but not others, everybodies body is different an reacts differently than eachother, kind of like allergies i guess! You could be allergic to something that I am not, or vise versa!
Just like asperin works on EVERYBODY else in my family but me!
Hope your doc appointment goes well! Most people are going to have.to go through a few different medications to find one that suits them the best!
Good luck and take care!

I agree with 4Maddie44.  It's time to go back to the doctor and discuss this plan.  Perhaps a new med is in order?

How long have you been taking the new tablets?  If quite a time, and they are not working, you need to go back to your doctor and discuss.  We all react differently to anti-depressants.  Some tablets work for some people and not others.
