Paranoid depression

Can being under a high ammount of stress, and being depressed, cause you to become paranoid about certain aspects of your life

Hi,

My initial thought is that the best thing would maybe be to go back to the one who prescribed you the medications and as open as you can, tell that there are other issues that might need to be leading. It is always so that after a while of trying medications we'll know whether they work or not. Adjusting medicines is a needed action if they don't work as expected.

How do I pose a question to a doctor free?

I am very depressed and it seems paranoid.
I have been trying to manage with anti anxiety and depression meds however it doesnt seem to be working

I really think so...i was depressed at first then i've become paranoid lately..its not a good combination to deal with

stress and depression can do a lot of things.  I suppose they could both contribute to paranoia.  Not sure..
