Sleeping difficulty headache

I started taking neuxam tablet on my own bcz i cant sleep i overthink too much and now I feel like my ears are blocked while sleeping is it bcz of med or is it safe to take I have a headache all the time and u start hurting and crying whenever I m anxious

So, is this prescribed? It should be. It's a benzo so should only be given under doctor supervision. Issues are that it can cause dependence or you could become addicted to it. And you need more and more for an effect. So, they are really good for a short term situation and not so much for a long term one and not great to just take without a prescription. There are other ways to treat anxiety. I understand the overthinking.  And night time is the worst for that, often. Our brains can go wild with the thoughts. How much are you taking? Do you see a doctor or therapist at all?

I m taking 2 pills at night.no I can't see a doctor i can't tell my parents about this. I can't sleep

Gosh, self treatment is risky. Not recommended. Why can't you tell anyone? There isn't shame in having anxiety and depression and sleep issues because of it.
