Don’t Take Anything Personally.
Nothings others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering."
~
Are you taking what other people say to you too personally?
Someone tells you you’re attractive. Someone else tells you you’re ugly.
Don’t take either one personally.
If we’re constantly looking to others for our sense of self and our sense of well-being, we are subject to the moods and whims of others.
That’s not a good thing. To combat this, we must learn to not take anything personally.
Why not give it a try?

Hi Cathy just a thought but your beliefs about your appearance and your worries about it sound like a condition that i struggle with...body dysmorphic disorder. You might want to Google it and look up the symptoms to see if they match yours..if so I would strongly advise you seek help from a psychologist..
Good look
Hello, Cathy.
In addition to body image problems, it sounds like you are very depressed. Teenagers go through some pretty serious mood swings, but if you've been having these feelings for more than two weeks, it may be depression. Talk to your parents or school counselor about how you're feeling and tell them you need to see a mental health professional. And, if you start to feeling suicidal, call 911 or someone, anyone right away.
Best wishes for happiness,
Curt
Self-image is a huge stumbling block for women. For the acne, you might try white vinegar as an astringent. It works great for me. It might be too strong and drying for some people, but it works great for me. You could use it at night and rinse it off after you let it dry. Keep your eyes closed since the fumes feel strong on the eyes. If it's too strong for your face, you can still use it on your back if you get breakouts there.
I'm in my 40s now. I'd love to be young again, but without all the insecurity that those changing hormones cause! I'm so much more relaxed and free with people than I used to be when I was young. And that attitude makes all the difference! If you don't like your shape, exercise to be the healthiest and shapliest you can be. Work out with light weights and do yoga or Pilates or something like that. This will increase your confidence. Then you'll have a little swagger when you walk, and all eyes will be on you for all the right reasons. Don't waste this time like I did, hiding.
