Zumba

Hello to all, I just would like to share this I lost my brother he was and still is my best friend I love him and miss every second of the day,I found something to help me and it's called zumba.zumba is an exciting exercise class I have been taking 4 classes a week the classes are 60 minutes long please who ever loves to dance remember you do not have to know how to dance and there are all different ages you just meet people dance and the best is you are loosing so much weight it's great please who ever is reading this look up zumba and try it.Let me know if anyone even looked it up I live in new jersey :).     Thankyou your friend Deana.
