I do agree with LeftCoast and Hensley. It could be mild to moderate depression or just hormonal triggers as your body is transitioning. I myself is currently experiencing moderate depression and the symptoms are almost the same as yours. It would be better for you to rule out the medical side. Try to see a psychiatrist or tell your trusted friends about your condition. If needed, ask them to come along with you when you see a doctor or a psychiatrist as a support. Support from friends and family are very useful. Do update us about it
While those are some of the many symptoms of depression, "like Leftcoast said" that can be hard to detrmine.
To me it sounds like mild to moderate Depression. Matbe mild bi-polar symptoms. Then again you are very young and at 13 to 14 your body is transitioning from adolesence to adult. For femails especially this can be a rough transition and can manifest an overload of emotions dure to hormone changes in your body.
I'm not saying that it's not Major depression, because very young people can suffer from major depression. It's just less common before 18 years of age.
I would suggest seeing a doctor at first to try to rule out any physical or hormonal triggers.
You need to see your family doctor. a.s.a.p.
Im 13, 14 in 2 weeks time.
You may be depressed. We can't diagnose you here, but it sounds like it. Anytime, and I mean anytime you have suicidal thoughts, head to your doctor's office, or if you can't get those thoughts out of your head, go to your local hospital. They will treat you like any other emergency. How old are you? I order to help you further we need to know your age, much depends you your age. Please write back!
