I am trying come off my antidepressants. Having very difficult time! Gastro definitely one of my issues. Ladies at herbal store suggested the book. Three Brains. How the Heart, Brain, and Gut Influence Mental Health and Identity. Google it. Have not read it yet but think it will be helpful. Definitely a link there!

Did you quit abruptly or on a slow taper off?  You can make it a lot easier on yourself by tapering off as slowly as you need to.  The gastro issues are usually more from taking the med than stopping it, so I wonder if you've done anything to make your digestion worse, such as going to bed too soon after eating or stopping exercise or eating things you normally wouldn't?

Tapering off. I have always had gastro issues but this making it much worse. Found out allergic to dairy also. Thanks for advice!

Yes, antidepressants medicines have different side effects, which is tolerable.
It can cause stomach problems like gastric problems and constipation.

People get different reactions.  For some, there are gastric problems, for others there aren't.  But yes, they can cause stomach problems.  Can also cause diarrhea or constipation.
