what is the mental activity rating on 'mood me' for? How is it meant to be used?
Oh I think you are talking about the one on this site. I use it to rate my racing thoughts. When I am manic it is a five because of the frequency of thoughts and when I am depressed it is between a 2 and 3 because of my lack of concentration.
Moody me is an app for your mobile I think. I don't have it so I cannot avise but I will ask the moderators for you.
