TOTALLY AGREE WHEN I'M BY MYSELF I START TO FEEL A LOT BETTER, WHEN I START TO FEEL THE PRESSURE OF PEOPLE STARTING TO COME HOME I GET ON EDGE AND JUMPY "LIKE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TODAY" WHO'S GOING TO HURT ME? IT'S NOT A GOOD FEELING. I HOPE THAT THIS MEDICATION STARTS TO HELP , AND I HAVE THERAPY FRIDAY DBT SO I'M HOPING FOR THE BEST AND THAT THIS PERSON I CAN TRUST WITH HELPING ME. Sometimes you are in your best company all by yourself. Take care of you. Care about you. Don't accept crap from anybody. That's easier said than done but don't you deserve to put yourself first. And meds can help especially coupled w therapy. Good luck girl.
We all feel like this from time to time Manda,praying things will get better or just be Ok so we can at least cope with the situations life seems to throw at us.It's not easy but if we throw in the towel it doesn't make it any better.I don't want to sound like a broken record but meds and being around positive people will help to lift your spirits I'm sure.Life is always going to test us and make us work hard to be happy,never give up the fight.
