Hi,

I havae taken a combo of effexor and paxil and gabapentin together for several
years without any problems.  Once they pooped out I switched to prozac and
it is working good for now.

Best wishes,

No, I am supposed to take 100 mg zoloft twice a day, for a total of 200 mg. I am supposed to take 150 mg of effexor xr, once a day, for a total of 150mg. I am supposed to take 300 mg gabapentin three times a day, for a total of 900 mg. The gaapentin is to take the place of Zanax, which I took for anxiety and ocd. Zanax is addictive so the doctor is replacing it with this.

You mean for a total of 600 Mg of Zoloft, 450 Mg Effexor and 900 Mg of Gabapentin each day?

If so you better talk to your doctor about this dosing. 250 mg of Zoloft (per day) is about the Max and 350 Mg of Effexor per day is about max also. Not sure on the other drug.

Either way those dosages sound high to me.
