It seems that the weight does come off...what anti-dep. were you taking? How long have you been off of it? You could try to bump up your metabolism by speed-walking, if you're not going to a gym to exercise.
I like the 1/2 diet - you eat whatever you want, but only 1/2 of it. Basically, just smaller portions, but you can eat whatever you like...I find that I always lose weight when I follow this...
Good luck in getting your weight back to where you'd like it to be...

Several years ago I stopped taking Paxil and Remeron and after 2mos, the 20lbs I had gained, melted right off.

Hope this happens for you too. : )

Everyone who mentions weight has to be subjected to my silly El Dave Diet plan. What it is, is, you only eat every other day. On the "off" days you drink milk. I went from 240 lbs. to 160 lbs. in five months that way, and I'm an old fellow with an old fellow's sluggish metabolism. I realize that's not really an answer to your question, but since I like to type, there it is.
