You need to tell your folks, cutting is not a way to solve your pain, there are folks that can help you. As much as emotional pain can physically hurt, it does go away. See your family doc and tell your school counselor.
I am a cuter myself. I am trying to find other alternatives instead to deal with my issues I may have. One thing to do is first douse the wound with Hydrogen Peroxide to get any infection there may be. Then take a clean swab and put some neosporinn on the wound. DPENDING on how deep the wound is. If it is a deep cut you need to go to the ER and get it stitched up. I had it done and it doesn't hurt. They give u a local anthestic then put the stiches in to seal it up. Then u will have to do a follow up with your family physician to make sure the wound is coming along.OK. If you don't want to talk to your parents then u might want to seek some prefessional help. Cutting or suicide is not the answer. You might have some issues deep within that may need to come out and be dealt with. Try to find some other alternatives when you start to get the urge. I went otu and bought myself some jelly bellies, so when I get depressed I try to keep my min occupied. Music is another suggestion. Have you ever journaled? Try writing down your feelings and what ever is on your mind. Don't think about what your going to write. Just what ever comes to your mind. I am sharing exactly what I am going through.

You really need to go to the doctor about it as its gotten infected. If you cut yourself think about why you do it. You should speak to someone about it. If you don't feel comfortable talking about it with your parents tell the school guidance counselor and they can suggest where you can get help.
You're going to hear this many times, but self harm isn't the way to go. At all.
It sounds infected from the description. You don't necessarily have to go to the doctor's, but if you wanted a 'true' treament, doctor's might be best.
What you can do is try to clean up the wound as much as possible and douse it in Neosporin. Doesn't sound like much, but it should help.
I used to cut, I know what it's like. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. That sounds really cheezy but whateevveerrrr. [:
