Believe me I felt like you when I joined this site in 2009. Many of us here feel like that. We do find the strength to go on somehow. Don't let depression win. Fight it as hard as you can.

Hi and ive been there when you simply cant find the words. But with what little we have to go on I must say this site will show you HOW to cope! & believe me 1st hand..the lady above nursegirl is amazing! she has helped me thru addiction, relationships, depression etc. But we all are here. Just let us know whats going on the best you can. Chin up! be blessed
