The best it is to ask your doctor. Have been said that I had the same problem with zoloft, in my case my depression is so severe that I am at 300 mg. which is very high but nothing is working for my, anyway I was taking them in the morning and I was sleepy all day, then my doctor suggested to try taking them at night and in my case he did not wanted me to skip a day so I did took them in the morning and then again at night and I did not have any problems with it.
Then the weird dreams started, and I asked him again so he told me that it is very common and that is way he started me taking them in the morning.
What I end up doing is to take 150 mg. in the morning and 150 mg. at night, so far I am not sleepy neither I have weird dreams.
Talk to your doctor and try to get your own balance, we are all different and have different reactions to this medications.
Good luck.
