2 Inner thigh circles with line down center

Hi! I am a 21 year old girl, I have 2 flesh colored circles about the diameter size of pencil top erasers on my left inner thigh, both have lines down the center. They have been here for a very long time, years. I didn't think anything of them until recently in which I've become very scared. Why aren't they going away? It seems I'm starting to get another one on my right leg farther down the thigh but I'm not sure it's not developed at all it also has what it looks like a white stretch mark coming out of both sides of the bump.. which I don't have stretch marks on my inner thighs so it's kid of weird. That one might be kind of my imagination that it's turning into anything, but the two on my left inner thigh are really scaring me because they won't go away. I have never had any problems with my vagina or anything, no warts anywhere.. unless thats what these two things are- but why would they stay for years?
Please help me I'm becoming very scared.

They can be pityraisis rosea or simply hyperpigmentation. Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
