Hi that is not it. . i present my feet  as moccassin type where I am dry at the heels and my skin turns red burning and only itchy at the dry skin (heels) but painful when starts. I am reading fungus is a scaly raised rash. I present no itching burning a little tingling & throbbing . no scaling ,no raised areas just round circles bunched together 1/4 in. circle size red ring/ sl red Basically can fungus spread that quickly in 24 hours from one site to another on affected body? I am reading 4-10 days.then my next question how is fungus on the hands presented when it 1st comes out signs and symptoms? Last question if I treated immiadtly   would there  be scaling ?  dryness? Vesicles? raised areas There was several days I have washed my hands together like u do not seperate and i never got any spreading on top of my hands. but i am getting little redness between 1  of my fingers. none of fungus hand picture i see look like what i see. thank u for assisting me.

Hello,

If the rash is having lacy pattern and presenting with such features on the palms then one possibility is of lichen planus. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules (flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.

Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy. Get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

these are little round circles red around white in the middle  mostly on palms & some of little red dot in middle  some of just red and white  lacy/blotchy looking on fingertips and below fingers on palm areas. i used lotrimin at on it rid away on my hands. There are no scaling, no dry skin, no vesicles no open areas. the rash is not raised but prominent in slight  red color. every day i will get a new ares that are burning and red and throb and tingly . i do not itch at all. Like i said originally it itiched very little in the   original sight 24 hours . Then 12 hours later on both hands burning and red  some and tingly no itching. I do not sweat in my hands. Is it possible that fungus can quickly  spread from another sight and spread to other hand that quickly? I m reading it takes 4-10 days or u need a cut on your hand or environment has to be right

Such an itchy rash can be contagious and can be due to fungal infection. In such cases, getting a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done. This will confirm the diagnosis whether it is fungal infection or not.

Hello,
Such an itchy rash which involves the whole body and is itchy maybe due to viral infection or an allergic reaction. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
