Doctor has diagnosed it as folliculitis. Doctor prescribed  mupirocin topical to rub and Bectrim to syrup. Whoever we did not gave baby Bectrim syrup. Rashes are gone by using mupirocin topical.

Any other thought folks. Baby is also suffering from Exzimia.. We apply petro-jelly to treat that.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If your child is not uncomfortable then it is less likely to be due to scabies. It can be due to heat rash, contact dermatitis, viral infection or sweat dermatitis. The other possibility is of folliculitis due to irritated hair follicles. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get it evaluated. Till then make him wear cotton clothes and keep the area sweat free.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing

Congratulations on your baby. He looks nice and cuddly.

Babies have so many many rashes with so many causes and I sure hope you're not seriously worrying that this might be skin cancer. It is not skin cancer.

Is it itchy? it could be scabies or other insects. Or it could be dermatitis from a new piece of clothing or soap or washing powder. It could just be from moisture. Make sure he is very dry after baths and try to keep his dribbling under control with bibs.
Good luck with your doctor's appointment.
