Acne treatment !!!

I am tired from Pimples on my face, actually they are not regular but when season changes or in cold they are coming in a lot. I consult 2-3 dermatologist but they mostly giving antibiotics with different types. I am mentioning them below,
1st dermatologist: tab. Minoz 50 (minocycline, daily 1 for 15-20 days)+ benzoyl peroxide cream
2nd dermatologist: tab Avindo 500(azithromycin Tablets IP- daily 2 for 6 days) +   Isotroin 20mg (Isotretinoin, daily for 15 days) + hh fudic cream
First derma. Prescribed  dosage worked out in 20 days, but again acne started coming in 7-8  months. Again I consult with second, he prescribed me mentioned above, But I read from Internet that Isotretinoin has many side effects including hair fall, so I neglect that dosage of Isotretinoin by afraid , only azithromycin took for 6 days. Pimples are reduced to some extent but they are leaving scars on face. Is HH fudic cream will work for both pimples and scars ?
Dosage of Minoz 50 (minocycline) will work for me if I takes this 20 days, is it good for health to take it in 6 months for 20 days  ? I am only afraid of hair falls as a side effect.
Please guide me for this, as  I am very depressed because of this problem

How long did it take for your acne to go? I'm using isotretinoin. Then i got some ulcers on my lips and my doctor said its because of the isotretinoin. Then he prescribed minoz 50. I can't bear this acne anymore...fed up of life :(

I have also been to a number of dermatologists and all prescribe antibiotics.
but the recent doctor who i visited gave me antibiotics and then she gave me isotretinoin. I was also afraid of eating isotrtinoin because i read the harmful effects of the medicine but took the medicine because my doctor told me not to worry. Finally i got rid of acne and these have stopped popping up.

my doctor told me to put azelaic cream ONLY on spots. spots have been diminishing but scars can not be removed by creams she said.

After 1.5 years i have again started getting pimples and day before yesterday i went to the same doctor, she has given me minoz 50gm to have daily one doze for one month and visit her in case pimples do not go away....

feel free to ask me any question on saurabhgaur.***@****

Hello,
Fusidic acid and minocycline are both antibiotics which are used for the treatment of acne. Treatment options include topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy and laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

The treatment for acne scars includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
