Recently received pathology report saying I have actinic keratosis. It is on my ear. While I await my follow up appointment with dermatological oncologist can anyone help me understand the result and share a similar experience if you have had...

Sorry to see this didn't get a response. I hope it turned out to be nothing. Actinic keratoses can be irritating and bug you, but they aren't dangerous, and even if the "at least" and the "deep and extending" meant something more, at least they can take care of it.
