All cleansers I buy either break me out or give me rash. I really dunno what could be the problem. I have tried the cerave SA renewing cleanser and the oriflame pureskin cleanser. Could it be salicylic acid ?

It's possible, have you been tested for any allergies? Have you tried cleansers without the salicylic acid to see if they still cause issues? Many times they also have fragrance in them which could be another cause.
