Allergic Reaction?

My body is covered in small red bumps. I have never had food allergies before, haven’t changed lotions/detergents/anything of that sort. The rash is spreading over my body and it itches like crazy!!!!! I think it’s an allergic reaction but I don’t know what to. I’ve been having to use an inhaler more as well.

If it's all over your body it could be something like hives, which can be a reaction to something- but it also could be caused by stress or something else.  You mentioned using your inhaler more- is there a change in your environment causing that to be needed more?  

I'd definitely have a doctor take a look at the rash to see if they can more accurately determine what it is.  Hope you are feeling better soon!
