Hello,
From your post I understand that you are talking about anal skin tags. It is a benign condition and you do not have to worry about it. These tiny skin growths generally cause no symptoms unless they are repeatedly irritated. Treatment options include removing with scissors, freezing (using liquid nitrogen), and burning (using medical electric cautery at the physician's office).
But if they start growing in size or become dark colored, then please get them evaluated. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

I wouldn't say they're "normal".... but they ARE very common.
I have a few anal/rectal skin tags/flaps myself.

From what I've read, they're completely harmless & no cause for real concern.  The main thing is, they're just embarrassing.  At least for me anyway.

But if you're asking because you have them, just know you're not alone.
