Angular Cheilitis along with other

I've had Angular Cheilitis for years which i recently found out after googling my symptoms which aren't going away since 2 weeks.

Besides Angular cheilitis, I think I also have some other disease on my face.
I have tiny red bumbs around my lips. And theres a red, sometimes has fluid, flaky rash, on my cheek and near my ear (near parotid gland) which just doesn't seem to heal (been 5 days).

I've been searching the net to find out which disease these are symptoms of but I can't find any exactly similar to mine.

Hello,
The small bumps around the mouth can be due to perioral dermatitis and the flaky rash on cheeks can be due to seborrheic dermatitis. Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches of seborrheic dermatitis. As regards perioral dermatitis, treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

If the symptoms are not controlled by topical antibiotics, then oral antibiotics may be needed. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
Summer sores is another name for impetigo. It is a superficial bacterial skin infection. Primarily caused by Staphylococcus aureus and sometimes by Streptococcus pyogenes. Topical and oral antibiotics are the treatment of choice. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

Thank you very much for the reply.

I finally found out the name of my disease. Its the Impetigo of the face because the symptoms I have is the honey colored crusts that is forming over the rashes.

Doesn't seem too serious. I'm relying on home remedies but any other inputs from you will be greatly appreciated.
