WIERD ERECTION

Hello Doc. Im 25 I first contacted you last week regarding lesions on the side of my penis and the irritated mark on the rim of my penis.I told you i thought it was from masturbating 3-4 times a day for two months using toilet paper with no lubricant because these resembled friction burns.  Well i went and got tested for herpes and the doc took my blood and sent it off to a lab where they examined it for three days.  The test was a type specific test "IgG" and my results came back like you thought negative for herpes 1 & 2.  "Thank God"  Well ive had the marks for about 10 days now and the irriated part on the rim of the penis is slowly healing but taking a long time.  The lesions are slowly healing to but very very slowly because i can still see them.  Ive tried to pop them but they dont pop because all they feel like is a mass of extra skin. Well Doc how long do u think it will take for these to heal.  Also i havent masturbated since i noticed them.  But today while watching television "something naughty on t.v. was showing" i began to get an erection.  Well my scrotum sack was all ready really shrunken kinda like when its cold because when that happens i notice slight pain in my right testicle but ive always had that since i was a kid.  I assumed because it was a little chilly in my house.  Well when i looked down inside my shorts to see my erection.  I noticed the erection looked really wierd.  The top 1"1/2 of my penis was bent in a wierd way.  Ive never seen it like that. The rest of the penis almost looked like i had a death grib on it but i hadnt touched it. When i say death grip i mean kinda like my penis went from skinny to thick to skinny.  Well i was kinda spooked so i grabbed it and made it straight and it seemed now like the blood was getting through now and it was fine.  Well i thought i would masturbate later to see if it did it again.  Well it started like before but not bent and slowly got a full erection because i was manually stimulating my self.  Well i quickly got off too see what would happen.  Well you know what happen! All seemed to work fine but i noticed a slight discomfort between my anus area and testicle sack.  Right between them where there a like a muscle in there.  Ive felt pain in there before when ive thrown up and seemed to strain myself i got a sharp pain there but that was years ago when i was in my teens.  Ive also noticed when i was little i had gotten that wierd looking penis before( a few times only) just never bent like that.  Well what do u think it is?  I read something called PEYRONIES Disease.Could ive always had it and now thats got the lesions that are kinda on the left side of my penis closer to the top.  WELL im really scared what do u think it is?  When i was little i was treated for a enlarged testicle that went away with some medication.  Doctors said it was from lifting something heavy but i dont remember which one.  I would appreciate a detailed responce please just because im scared.

Your attention to the variations in the appearance of your penis is astonishing.  I can't explain the size and shape changes you list.  Peyronie's Disease is permanent, not intermittent.  No, the spots on the penis don't have anything to do with the bent appearance.  The spots will go away in a few weeks if you leave them alone.

If you're still worried, please see a urologist.  If even that doesn't reassure you, you may want to consider counseling to come to terms with the way your penis looks and acts.

Take care.
