Any other suggested treatments or diagnosis?

This has destroyed my marriage and is killing me.


The Lumecca treatment I got a week ago has not helped the redness on the tip of my nose. Dermatologist said maybe rosacea but dont know for sure. Suggested laser.
The skin is not scarred. My dermatologist says blood beneath the surface is the cause but doesnt know why its happening. Suggested treatments?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recommend treatments unless you know the cause.  Putting random stuff on it in an attempt to guess what's wrong could make it worse.  Is it possible to get another derm consultation?
