Any topical creams not only treat dermatological disease but also cover the blemish?

I have a question about prescription drugs for dermatological diseases like local scleroderma, melasma, keloids, fibrosing diseases especially for black skin, vitiligo, psoriasis, severe acne...
Does anyone know if there exist any topical creams which not only treat one of these diseases but can also make the blemish less visible in a certain way (covering, blurring, filling, color correcting…)?
I really appreciate any help you can provide!

That's a great question- I am not aware of any, but if you head to your local pharmacy- I'm willing to bet they will be able to give you a good idea on the options out there.
