Are these a weird type of pimple?

So I’ve gotten a bulb on my nipple, inner thigh, and now arm it’s a small bump and has a black in the middle sticking out a little so I squeeze it and the black thing comes out it’s not hard or anything and doesn’t itch or hurt and the I continued to squeeze the bump and some puss would come out

Sounds like you likely have some black heads- which is totally normal.  To be certain, it's always a good idea to have t doctor take a look in person- nothing can replace the accuracy that an in person exam will bring.
