What is the cause of a rash all over my body for over a month.

It starts out as a bump then turns red and then white flaky. Some then go away and others turn into raised brown mole/sun spot like bumps. They don’t really itch, just a mild irritation. I don’t have any on my face... thank goodness! First noticed on a plane coming back from Montana. They are not contagious. I have not used anything new but was very sick about a week before they appeared. Nothing has worked on them from essential oils to prescription meds. Nobody seems to know what it is. I’m most concerned about the raised brown spots some of them turn into? Please help if you have any ideas.

Sounds like you have had a few people take a look at them- were any of them doctors?  Did they have any guesses as to what may have been the cause?

Yes they have been dr and none of them can determine the cause or find something to clear them up.
How large are the spots?  Were you exposed to a lot of sun before you saw the spots?  They kinda sound like sun spots, but a doctor should be able to tell you if that's what they were.  What kind of doctors have you seen?  Have you been to any dermatologists?
