Bad jock itch case..need help pls

I’ve had jock itch for a few years and it got really bad to the point where it started turning from red to purple, then finally black. It was all over my inner thighs genitals and buttocks. It was really embarrassing and still is, although i treated years back.  The itching went away, and color was receding from black, at the upper inside of my knee, to dark brown, just below my genitals area of inner thigh and below my belly button. It did not fully heal, I believe because i stopped using the pills and cream prescribed to me, then.

Problem is: my genitals area and inner thigh area including my buttocks are still colored and are giving a bad stench. I shower and about 10-20 mins after the stench returns. It’s embarrassing and it’s affecting my sex life. I almost never want to participate in sex at all or even play sports. Wish I would’ve finished my prescription. But that was almost 10 Years ago. it’s been so long and I just can’t take it anymore. So I decided to seek for help..

Get back to the doctor and let them know what's going on- sounds like an over the counter medication isn't the best option for you at this point, so make an appointment to get a doctor to give you an exam and let them know about the history.  Good luck!
