Basal Cell/Rash?

SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE DOUBLE POST. I ADDED A PIC AND SOME MORE INFORMATION.

Hello everyone!
I would very much appreciate any feedback. I'm a 26 year old male.
Today, my left armpit was hurting when I applied deodorant. Later on, I noticed an oval shaped lump, about 1 inch. It's visible, and pink-ish, and it hurts when I touch it or when my armpit moves. It feels tender. What could this be? Should I wait and see what happens or get it checked out ASAP?

About 2 weeks ago I noticed what I thought was a wart developing on my right wrist. It became very red and shiny, then a slight lump emerged, and now it's practically flat. It's now a pink-ish color. The skin on it is peeling. The size has remained the same. It's about as big as the end of an eraser on a pencil. It kind of looks like a ringworm, but it's extremely small and scabby. Also, there is a red rash about an inch above it. Should I wait it out and see if it changes, or go to the doctor now?

Thank you all sooo much!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The oval rash can be due to pityriasis rosea and the swelling under the armpits could have been due to swollen lymph node or an infected hair follicle/boil. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

Apply warm compresses on the bump below the armpit and get an examination done from a dermatologist for this rash.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I had reffered the folliculitis to the axillary swelling. Local application of mupurocin would help.If still persists do consult a doc. Best wishes.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It's incredibly helpful and immensely appreciated. Is the folliculitis (lymphadenopathy) the circular rash below the wrist what you're referring to? Is the way that it developed common to folliculitis? I'm sorry to bring this up again, but the lump under my left armpit that I thought was going away is still there. In fact, it's itchy, sore, and still red/pink-ish. Could this be a bug bite? Should I keep waiting to see if it goes away or go to a doctor? I think I've had it for about a week now.
Thanks you so much again!!!!!!

The rash on the wrist is possibly 'pityriasis rosea' and should be gone soon. The folliculitis(?lymphadenopathy) relating to the axilla is again being superficial has been overcome by host resistence.

UPDATE:
The bump on my armpit seems to be going away. There is still some hardness there.
Also, the rash on my wrist has gone away as well. The only thing that remains is the circular thing under my wrist, which is my main concern. Anyone have any thoughts? Thank you.
