Betamethasone valerate cause stunted penis ?

What are the chances of betnovate cream (active ingredient Betamethasone Valerate) causing stunted penis if applied to groin & lower scrotum during puberty to treat red, itchy, flaky skin condition  ?

I have read that it can cause andrenal suppresion, growth retardation and that the scrotum absorbs up to 40% of applied drugs.   Any experts know the chances of this occurring ?  Is the condition permanent ?  Thanks in advance.

For how long did you apply it? From what I've read on TSW, andrenal suppression is usually temporary.
