Bits of shard like glass working way out of pores in my chest. What are they? Also some grit like sand particles but those are not as troublesome. The shards are pointy and almost triangular in shape.. whitish grey in color. Someone said there’s. Video from this site. May be bone formations; another thought blocked pores. I thought maybe detox metals or something on that idea. Someone also thought tinacton helped. Any ideas or commiserations.??
