Blemish

Will a glycolic acid peel improve blemished skin, and if so, how will the results vary.  Can you suggest any other methods in improving my skin condition.

I have been wondering the same question. Every time i use a acne cream to treat blemishes my skin just peels and peels and the blemish remains. I have found that neutrogena( or however you spell that ) facial washes work best for the treatment of a blemish >

Shinya:

I assume by "blemished skin" you mean acne.  Glycolic peels can be a somewhat useful adjunct therapy, but not the whole answer.  look into antibiotics, oral or topical, as well as retinoic acid and similar products.  Don't rely entireley on esthetic treatments.

It takes some time and effort, but you can get a lot of help.

And don't pick or squeeze your blemishes!

Best.
