Hi
I got some spots on my skin, I was wondering what the name of these conditions are.
Symptoms which might relate to the red spots: stinging feeling below skin, like someone cuts bloodvessels my blow my skin, needle pain.
The spots do not itch or hurt directly.
The skin around the red spots lose pigment eventually and remain white, around one cm in diameter. The red spots lift a bit above my skin, maybe a mm, like its popping up a bit .
Red spots are with the black squares.
Other spots, which I dont know the name of are with red squares.

Could you tell me what these spots are?
What are the red spots, black square?
What are the brownish, flowershaped spots, red square?
What can cause the spots from ''SECOND PHOTOS'', it disappeared from my ankle and appeared again on my shin of the same leg, but this time twice as big.
Other symptoms which may or may not relate to the spots:
Fatigue
Swollen lymph nodes armpit, groin, and bigger ones in neck.
Chronic blocked nose
Acid reflux
Painful stings in organs, mostly bowel and hearth.
Lump in throat
One of the possibilities for these red spots is cherry angiomas. When they first develop, they may be only a tenth of a millimeter in diameter and almost flat, appearing as small red dots. If they are to be removed for cosmetic reasons, electrosurgery and cryosurgery can be used. More recently pulsed dye laser or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment are also used.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
