Boil or Rash?
It's on the side of my left buttcheek, hurts to touch or put pressure on it, and feels like exposed skin.

Sounds like a rash- but it's certainly hard to tell you for sure without much more information. Have you considered having a doctor take a look?

Just got back not too long ago. They drained out most of it, and told me the basics. Take a bath when you get home to help drain it and check up in a day. Thanks though.
So sounds like it was a boil? Glad you went in and got it addressed!
