Brown Waxing Scar

I am 21 yr female.I have oily skin.Around 10 days ago i tried to do waxing of the left corner of my upper lip using veet wax strips and i guess it was harsh enough and so it peeled of a very thin layer of my skin..i immediately washed it with water and put aloevera cream and after some time some lemon.for two days it gave me a little burning sensation when i used to touch it.i shifted from aloevera cream to aloevera gel available in the medical shops as i don't have a plant in my house.after two days the skin came over and initially dere was no such prominent mark.i continued the use of aloevera gel .but as days passed the spot (i guess it is of brown colour)has gone a little darker..i  am applying the lemon and cucumber mixture for like 2 to 3 times a day as i heard that it is beneficial and aloevera gel for same number of times.i am afraid whether the mark will go away or not or it will remain forever????.i am very fair and so the little spot is visible enough.i need to know is it right to apply the aloevera gel available in medical shops ??and also dat how much time is required for the mark to disappear fully as i am going to join a new company after like 2 months and i really want my first impression to be great..plz plz do reply..do tell me dat for how long the mixture of lemon and cucumber is to be kept on face.??do i hae to wash my face after dat...?? plz do reply as i am really worried about the mark  .....
thanx

Hello,
Topical treatment creams for scarring will take many months to fade away the scar and they are not very sure to get rid of scars. But you should continue the follow up with your doctor. If the scars persist then you can discuss the other treatment options mentioned above.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
It is due to hyperpigmented skin after using the wax strips. Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color.  Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions.  Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option.

You can consult a dermatologist and discuss the various treatment options to find out which one is the best for you.

Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
