I need to know what's wrong with my foot

I got some sort of bug bite on the bottom of my big toe. Could have been an ant or mosquito, but I'm not quite sure. To begin with I just want to say that when I get a scratch or big bite anywhere on my feet, it takes months to go away. Anyways, I now have a hard lump where the bug bite was that isn't itchy and I don't always feel it because it's almost in between two toes, but when I walk on it, it is really sore. I've tried to poke it before to see if there was anything in it because there is a small for that could be a head on it, but nothing came out and it just hurt even worse for the rest of the day

Do you get bug bites on your feet frequently?  I would get it checked out- sounds like it might not be a bug bite, or it's possible there is some sort of stinger in it or something.
